Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it without stating a reason (Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act), except in the cases described in para. 2 of Art. 55. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer or via Econt money transfer, at your choice.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by phone at 0895/580-040. We will respond immediately. Prior contact with us is mandatory.
We only accept returns of products that are in good commercial condition and visibly unused, that have not been operated, that can be accepted as new merchandise, and where the receipt is not missing. On the basis of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the merchant or to a person authorised by them no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If there is a problem with the quality of the product, we will replace the product, offer a price discount, or refund the amount paid, with the cost of the courier and/or transfer of the amount being at our expense (Art. 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).
Marpex Agro EOOD will refund the amount paid for the product(s) within 14 days (Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act), once it has verified that the product is in saleable condition, to a bank account provided by the customer.
Courier services for the return of a product without grounds (right of withdrawal within 14 days) are at the customer's expense. Courier services for the return of a product sent incorrectly by the sender or a defective product are at the expense of Marpex Market EOOD. It is important that all shipments are sent to us without cash on delivery.
